has created a comprehensive list of frequently

Our Office Hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 5.30 pm GMT .
Messages received outside of these hours are not valid until the
next business working day.
Reservations By Phone
If you prefer to make your hotel reservation by telephone please
call +44 (0) 1480 212898. Our experienced travel experts can assist
and recommend hotels based on your preferred location, budget, facilities
and hotel (if applicable). We will be happy to put together a list
of hotels with best price we can offer. A valid credit card is needed
to make a reservation.
Cancellations
If you've previously made a hotel reservation on our website BookTravelnStay,
it must be cancelled through this webpage. If you would like to
cancel
your booking you can do it directly online. Be aware that each
hotel listed on our website has it's own booking, cancellation and
amendment policy. Your booking will be cancelled and you will receive
confirmation of the cancellation to your registered email address.
Amendments
Each individual hotel has it's own amendment policy. Any amendments
to confirmed bookings will have to be made in writing and will be
subject to a handling fee and must be received by BookTravelnStay.com
at least 96 hours before arrival date during office hours, unless
otherwise specified.
