Hotel Terms, Conditions and Policies

Any booking placed by you the customer is subject to the individual hotel's booking conditions. No reservation is confirmed until you received a confirmed booking reference number and confirmation, which is issued by email.

Each hotel has its' own individual terms, conditions and policies - at time of booking. Please refer to these at the online booking page for each individual hotel. All cancellations and amendments must be made via this website. Reservations made online can not be cancelled with the hotel directly.
